I. Gaming mindsets

Let’s think about each experience , volunteer journey we go as a game , lets go gaming!

No.1   Set a new character

After we decide to travel or go to a new place where we basically know no one.

We set our own new image, which can be completely different if you choose it to be. And you learn to  embrace it, you start teaming up/competing with your role.

No.2   Define the Elixir after each experience we level up your profile, each time a more complete nice looking cv. With it you enter a higher level game with full blood

Many of our games follow what’s known as the 12 stages of the Hero’s Journey. It starts with a call to adventure and ends with the successful return of the elixir.

As soon as that sweet moment comes, we’re already onto the next one. It’s not about the end goal, but the journey that gets us there. Defining what the elixir is for each game is paramount in gaining and sustaining motivation toward your destination.

No.3    Set your own rules, play it your waymembership level up

In the beginning, we enter, play with preset rules and limitations. But after your experiences, your profile leveling up in our platform, you will see the limitations disappear, and at the end you are free to jump out of this pond of water that made of rules, and choose wherever you wanna go be a rule player.

No.4    Do Missions

Every time you step into a new volunteer experience , you start a new mission, you think about how you can help and give what you have, and but in the end we look back this mission , teaming up, having communications , getting educated, having fun. We might get more than we give.

No.5     Instant Attainment – The constantly immediate feedback keep you going full speed.

In real life, it’s difficult to get and stay in a state of flow when feedback or acknowledgement is often delayed hours.  But within our experience, you can get immediately what people think about your work.

Using  this gaming mindset build up your experience. You find yourself looking at
The heroic journeys, the exhilarating battles, the satisfying rewards, and the triumphant victories.

II. Educational & Growth Mindset

No.1   Life is not a fixed box.

People in fixed mindset believe their basic qualities, like their intelligence or talent, are simply fixed traits. They spend their time documenting their intelligence or talent instead of developing them.

No.2   We discover new things and break limits.

In a growth mindset, people believe that their most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work—brains and talent are just the starting point. This view creates a love of learning and a resilience that is essential for great accomplishment.

Through meeting new places new people, new challenge,
We develop our abilities, as well as trying to break through our limits by doing sth new.

III. Connecting mindset

We reaching out to the world through connections and also for more connections.

It’s one of the most important thing to build up a community that more people want to join in.

When we have developed connections

1.Sharing positive emotions.

It creates a sense that we’re both working toward the same goal, which is to bring understanding and comfort to the one in pain.

2.A mutual motive to promote the other’s well being. (personally & business way)

3.Perception of safety
